Return Policy

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30-days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund/exchange. Returned item(s) must be unused, never been installed and in the original packaging.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

  • Item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Item(s) that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Request a refund. FedEx Call-Tag will be sent via email. You will be notified once return is received and if the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less 3% of the purchase price for handling/restocking fee. Refund will be processed asap, no later than 30-days

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please check with your credit card company or bank account, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@aquanutech.com.

EXCHANGES If you want to exchange it for a similar item send us an email at info@aquanutech.com. If an exchange is approved, send item(s) to: AquaNuTech, LLC 4833 Front St. Ste B281, Castle Rock, CO, 80104, United States.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS / MISSING PARTS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For missing parts, please contact us at info@aquanutech.com.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
